1. Data controller

This site is operated by Şamil Boyacı, a painter based in Maltepe, Istanbul. For any request about your personal data, call +90 535 026 68 36.

2. What data do we process?

No form on this site sends data to a server. The contact form only turns what you type into a WhatsApp message on your own device; it reaches us only if you choose to send it. Your name, phone number and address are never stored on this website.

• Your name, phone number and address, if you share them on WhatsApp
• Notes about the job (number of rooms, district, work to be done)
• Quote and appointment messages

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to prepare quotes, arrange surveys, plan the work and issue invoices. The legal basis is Article 5/2-c (performance of a contract) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

4. How long we keep it

WhatsApp messages are kept for up to one year after the job is completed. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period required by law. Data is deleted once that period ends.

5. Cookies and local storage

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser’s local storage; it is never sent to a server and does not identify you. If a measurement tool such as Google Analytics is added later, it will run only after you give explicit consent.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and ask who it has been shared with. Send your request to the phone number above; we reply within 30 days.

7. Third parties

The site is hosted on Cloudflare; short-lived server logs may be kept for security. Messages sent over WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp LLC’s own privacy policy.
